Deliveries within Toronto:
Delivery within 2-3 business days 

Deliveries to the rest of Canada:
Orders will be delivered within 4 to 7 business days

Deliveries to the USA:                                                                                   
Orders will be delivered withing 7 to 12 business days

At Urban Island, we are pleased to offer an exchange and store credit policy to ensure you find something you love.

In-Store Purchases

Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, and accompanied by a valid original receipt or gift receipt.

Eligible returns may be exchanged for merchandise of equal value, or the difference may be paid if exchanging for a higher-priced item. Alternatively, a store credit may be issued, valid for three months from the date of issue.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
